You can customize the search profile's footer with your own content using a WYSIWYG HTML editor. These steps explain how this is done.
You must be an Administrator with the PRIV_ROOMS_CONFIG privilege in order to customize the footer. (For information about roles, see Managing Roles.)
To customize the profile footer
| 1 | Log in to the Admin console as an Administrator with the PRIV_ROOMS_CONFIG privilege. |
| 2 | Choose Profiles. |
| 3 | For the profile you want to work with, choose Preview. |
The profile opens.
| 4 | In the footer, choose edit. |
The Content Area Editor opens up.
The Content Area Editor is a WYSIWYG HTML editor that works as a basic word processor. You can author in the graphic mode or change to the HTML mode to create and edit content. (For more information, see Fields: Preview Profiles.)
| 5 | Use the Content Area Editor to enter your own custom content. |
| 6 | Choose preview to preview what the footer will look like with your custom content. |
| 7 | Choose save to save your changes and close the Content Area Editor for the footer. |
